A Richmond, Virginia Community

Agecroft Hall is a 15th century English manor house that was dismantled and brought to Virginia in 1926. Today, the museum sits on 23 acres overlooking the James River. Featuring original 16th-century oak paneling, a magnificent mullioned window bearing the ancient coat of arms, period furniture, paintings and unique musical instruments. Museum tours are conducted Tuesdays through Sundays. Self guided garden tours are an additional fee. Agecroft Hall is home to The Richmond Shakespeare Festival each summer.
